About the Company

Ljungbergs is a typical printing textile company founded in 1949 by Erik Ljungberg. We don't dye and we don't weave, but we are proud of being a small and flexible printing company, specialists in unique series available to all Swedish textile designers. Mass production is not our cup of tea. If you have a project that needs printing we will be happy to help you. Perhaps an old screen-curtain in need of reconstruction? An office requiring curtains with a special design? A palace interior where you would like a recreated old calico-print?

We take on all projects, whether it's an oldfashioned interior that you want to give a historical touch or a modern office space that needs drapes with a aspecial design. We produce just the amount you need; you don't have to place a large order of several hundred meters. Ljungberg´s is a small printery, but our strength is our flexibility. We can print smaller series, too and our flat screen printing technique makes it possible to print large repeats as well as small. It's all up to you!

In 2004 we celebrated the 50th anniversary of Signed Textile in cooperation with NK and STC. In 2005 we started our biggest collection renewal ever. More than 70 new articles have been added to our already wide range of textiles.

We co-operate only with Swedish designers. Erik Ljungberg, the founder, took great pride in realizing the designer's exact expression in the patterns. This is something we find very important and still try to keep in mind today.
